Diagnosis.

  • There are 4 main types of electrical problem with a Power tool, Cable, Motor, Switch or Speed control.

  • The cable and switch can be easily checked out with a meter, as can the motor.

  • If all of these seem OK, then the speed control PCB may have failed. When the board fails, the drill just does not work at all.

  • Before replacing the board, it is worth blowing some compressed air through the speed Knob, as these can get full of dust and that will stop the saw working.

Diagnóstico.

Hay cuatro tipos de problemas principales en cualquier máquina conectada a la corriente: Motor, cable, interruptor, o el control de velocidad.

El cable y el interruptor pueden ser fácilmente comprobados con un polímetro, lo mismo que el motor.

Si todos ellos parece que estén bien, entonces puede ser que falle la placa PCB de control de velocidad. Si esta falla, la máquina no hace nada, no trabaja.

Antes de proceder a sustituir la placa, es recomentable probar el soplar aire comprimido a través del mando de velocidad, pues puede suceder que tenga polvo o serrrín atascado que no deje trabajar a la sierra.
