Insert a flathead screwdriver 1/8th of an inch into the visor clip and gently pry up on the clip.

Repeat the process from all 4 corners of the clip, until the top portion of the clip is half an inch from the headliner.

Pull out the clip.
-
Repeat on the other side of the cab.
