  • Heat the bonding pad with Hot Air Gun at 280℃ to remove the black adhesive.

  • Dip rosin with Soldering Iron and Solder Wick to remove tin on the bonding pad.

  • Clean the bonding pad with PCB Cleaner afterward.

Chauffer les plots de connexion avec un pistolet à air chaud à 280℃ pour enlever l'adhésif noir.

Utiliser du flux avec le fer à souder et la mèche à souder pour enlever l'étain sur les plots de connexion.

Nettoyez ensuite les plots de connexion avec du PCB Cleaner.
