The Culprit

  • It usually pays to think before starting, in this case it helped a lot:

  • I remembered that I had used the 3.5mm jack (aka "Klinkenstecker" in German) recently, before the problem occurred.

  • And this 3.5mm jack turned out to be the culprit!

Die Ursache

Meistens zahlt es sich aus, mal kurz nachzudenken, bevor man etwas zerlegt. In dem Fall hat es sehr geholfen:
