  • Clean with PCB Cleaner afterwards.

  • There is black adhesive around the bonding pad of U_PMIC_E. So we need to remove the black adhesive with tweezers before soldering.

  • Once done, apply Paste Flux to the bonding pad. Get a new U_PMIC_E in position and solder with Hot Air Gun at 330℃, air flow 3.

  • After that, clean with PCB Cleaner and tear off the High-temperature Tape.

Hay adhesivo negro alrededor de la almohadilla de unión de U_PMIC_E. Entonces debemos quitar el adhesivo negro con unas pinzas antes de soldar.

Una vez hecho esto, aplica Paste Flux a la almohadilla de unión. Coloca un nuevo U_PMIC_E en su posición y sueldalo con pistola de aire caliente a 330 ℃, flujo de aire 3.

Después, limpia con PCB Cleaner y corta la cinta de alta temperatura.
