Separate The Crystal From The Cable

  • Cut off bracket securing the infrared camera and the dot projector with Cutting Nipper. Then place the front camera, the dot projector and the infrared camera in corresponding slots of the heating platform.

  • Heat with the Heating Platform at 110℃. Once the adhesive has been softened, take down the dot projector flex cable carefully.

  • Please be careful when taking down the dot projector flex cable. You can wrap your hand with the lint-free wiper to avoid damaging the front camera.

  • Put the dot projector into the matching rubber mold. Heat with the Soldering Iron at 365℃. Separate the crystal from the flex cable carefully with the blade.

Separa il cristallo dal cavo

Taglia i supporti che tengono fermi la fotocamera ad infrarossi e il proiettore di punti con delle tronchesine. Quindi posiziona la fotocamera frontale, il proiettore di punti e la fotocamera a infrarossi nei rispettivi spazi della piattaforma di riscaldamento.

Scalda il tutto con la piattaforma di riscaldamento a 110° C. Dopo aver ammorbidito l'adesivo, rimuovi attentamente il cavo a nastro.

Stai attento mentre rimuovi il cavo a nastro del proiettore di punti. Puoi avvolgere la mano in un panno senza lanugine per evitare di danneggiare la fotocamera frontale.

Posiziona il proiettore di punti nel rispettivo alloggio in gomma. Scalda un saldatore a 365° C. Separa attentamente il cristallo dal cavo a nastro con una lama.
