Separate The Crystal From The Cable

  • Cut off bracket securing the infrared camera and the dot projector with Cutting Nipper. Then place the front camera, the dot projector and the infrared camera in corresponding slots of the heating platform.

  • Heat with the Heating Platform at 110℃. Once the adhesive has been softened, take down the dot projector flex cable carefully.

  • Please be careful when taking down the dot projector flex cable. You can wrap your hand with the lint-free wiper to avoid damaging the front camera.

  • Put the dot projector into the matching rubber mold. Heat with the Soldering Iron at 365℃. Separate the crystal from the flex cable carefully with the blade.

Séparer le cristal de la nappe

Coupez le support protégeant la caméra infrarouge et l'illuminateur à l'aide d'une pince coupante. Placez ensuite la caméra frontale, l'illuminateur et la caméra infrarouge dans les fentes correspondantes de la plate-forme chauffante.

Faites chauffer la plateforme chauffante à 110℃. Une fois que l'adhésif a été ramolli, retirez la nappe de l'illuminateur avec précaution.

Soyez prudent lorsque vous retirez la nappe. Vous pouvez envelopper votre main avec un chiffon non pelucheux pour éviter d'endommager la caméra frontale.

Placez l'illuminateur infrarouge dans le moule en caoutchouc adapté. Chauffez avec le fer à souder à 365℃. Séparez soigneusement le cristal de la nappe avec le couteau.
