Separate The Crystal From The Cable

  • Cut off bracket securing the infrared camera and the dot projector with Cutting Nipper. Then place the front camera, the dot projector and the infrared camera in corresponding slots of the heating platform.

  • Heat with the Heating Platform at 110℃. Once the adhesive has been softened, take down the dot projector flex cable carefully.

  • Please be careful when taking down the dot projector flex cable. You can wrap your hand with the lint-free wiper to avoid damaging the front camera.

  • Put the dot projector into the matching rubber mold. Heat with the Soldering Iron at 365℃. Separate the crystal from the flex cable carefully with the blade.

Separa el cristal del cable

Corta el soporte que sujeta la cámara infrarroja y el proyector de puntos con la pinza de corte. Luego coloca la cámara frontal, el proyector de puntos y la cámara infrarroja en las ranuras correspondientes de la plataforma de calentamiento.

Calienta con la plataforma de calentamiento a 110 ℃. Una vez que el adhesivo se haya ablandado, retira el cable flexible del proyector de puntos con cuidado.

Ten cuidado al desconectar el cable flexible del proyector de puntos. Puedes envolver tu mano con el limpiador sin pelusa para evitar dañar la cámara frontal.

Coloca el proyector de puntos en el molde de goma correspondiente. Calienta con el Soldador a 365℃. Separa el cristal del cable flexible con cuidado con la cuchilla.
