Problem

  • Go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode > Set Up Face ID. When trying to setup Face ID on the iPhone, we get the message 'move iPhone a little lower/higher'.

  • Start the Camera app and select Portrait in the bottom bar. Switch to the front camera. When the camera detects a person's face, the name of the lighting effect ‘Natural Light’ stays the same. The pop-up notification keeps saying ‘Move farther away’.

  • Normally, when Portrait mode is ready, the name of the lighting effect ‘Natural Light’ should turn yellow.

  • Judging by this, the dot projector or relevant circuits of the dot projector might have malfunctioned.

Problème

Allez dans Réglages > Face ID et code d'accès > Configurer Face ID. Lorsque vous essayez de configurer Face ID sur l'iPhone, le message suivant s'affiche : « Déplacez l'iPhone un peu plus bas/plus haut ».

Démarrez l'application Appareil photo et sélectionnez Portrait dans la barre inférieure. Basculez vers la caméra frontale. Lorsque l'appareil photo détecte le visage d'une personne, le nom de l'effet d'éclairage « Lumière naturelle » reste inchangé. La notification qui apparaît à l'écran continue d'indiquer « Éloignez-vous ».

Normalement, en mode Portrait, le nom de l'effet d'éclairage « Lumière naturelle » devient jaune.

Cela indique que l'illuminateur infrarouge ou les circuits correspondants sont peut-être défectueux.
