Problem

  • Go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode > Set Up Face ID. When trying to setup Face ID on the iPhone, we get the message 'move iPhone a little lower/higher'.

  • Start the Camera app and select Portrait in the bottom bar. Switch to the front camera. When the camera detects a person's face, the name of the lighting effect ‘Natural Light’ stays the same. The pop-up notification keeps saying ‘Move farther away’.

  • Normally, when Portrait mode is ready, the name of the lighting effect ‘Natural Light’ should turn yellow.

  • Judging by this, the dot projector or relevant circuits of the dot projector might have malfunctioned.

Problema

Ve a Ajustes > Face ID y contraseña > Configurar Face ID. Cuando intentamos configurar Face ID en el iPhone, recibimos el mensaje 'mueve el iPhone un poco más abajo/arriba'.

Inicia la aplicación Cámara y selecciona Retrato en la barra inferior. Cambia a la cámara frontal. Cuando la cámara detecta el rostro de una persona, el nombre del efecto de iluminación "Luz natural" permanece igual. La notificación emergente sigue diciendo "Muévete más lejos".

Normalmente, cuando el modo Retrato está listo, el nombre del efecto de iluminación "Luz natural" debería volverse amarillo.

A juzgar por esto, el proyector de puntos o los circuitos relevantes del proyector de puntos podrían haber fallado.
