Install the bottom adhesives

  • The two remaining strips (14 and 15) do not have guide holes and are more difficult to place. Before sticking them down, we recommend first setting them in their respective places on the iMac to get comfortable with their placement.

  • Grasp the red pull tab on strip 14 and pull to remove the backing from the strip.

  • Align the strip on the bottom edge of the rear enclosure, directly to the right of the middle screw on that edge.

  • The strip should be positioned such that the L-bend sits next to the right vertical adhesive. The L-bend should not overlap the right vertical adhesive.

  • Run your finger along the length of the adhesive strip to ensure it is straight and unwrinkled, pressing down as you go to adhere the strip to the iMac.

Applica le strisce inferiori

Le due strisce rimanenti (14 e 15) non hanno dei fori guida e sono più difficili da allineare. Prima di incollarle, ti suggeriamo di appoggiarle nelle rispettive posizioni per capire come vanno applicate.

Prendi l'aletta rossa sulla striscia 14 e tirala per rimuovere la pellicola protettiva bianca posteriore.

Allinea la striscia al bordo inferiore a destra della vite centrale del bordo..

L'estremità destra della striscia deve essere posizionata in modo che la curva a L sia accanto alla striscia verticale sula lato destro. La curva a L non deve sovrapporsi alla striscia adesiva verticale sul lato destro.

Fai scorrere il tuo dito da sinistra a destra lungo la striscia per assicurarti che sia dritta e senza pieghe, premendola mentre lo fai scorrere per incollare l'adesivo.
