Desolder the two wires

  • Use a soldering iron to desolder the red wire in the corner of the disc drive circuit board.

  • Then, desolder the adjacent black wire. Use blunt tweezers to hold and pull away the wires from the circuit board.

  • Follow general soldering safety guidelines such as wearing eye protection, working in a well-ventilated area, and washing your hands with soap and water after soldering.

  • Excessive heat may damage electrical components. Don't apply the soldering iron to the board for long amounts of time.

  • When you install the original circuit board into the replacement disc drive, solder the red wire to the solder pad labeled "R." Solder the black wire to the solder pad labeled "B."

Zwei Kabel ablöten

Nimm einen Lötkolben und entlöte das rote Kabel in der Ecke der Laufwerksplatine.

Löte dann das denebenliegende schwarze Kabel ab. Ziehe die Kabel mit einer stumpfen Pinzette von der Platine weg.

Beachte grundsätzliche Schutzmaßnahmen beim Löten, wie das Tragen einer Schutzbrille, einen gut belüfteten Arbeitsplatz und das Händewaschen mit Seife und Wasser nach der Arbeit.

Elektrische Bauteile können durch zu viel Hitze beschädigt werden. Halte den Lötkolben nicht zu lange an die Platine.

Wenn du später die Originalplatine in das Ersatzlaufwerk einbaust, dann löte das rote Kabel an die mit "R" bezeichnete Lötstelle, das schwarze Kabel an die mit "B" bezeichnete.
