  • Let’s replace with a new inductor and see how it works.

  • Remove black adhesive around first. Then apply some medium-temp solder paste to the bonding pad. Tin the bonding pad with solder paste with the help of the Soldering Iron at 365℃. Once done, clean with PCB Cleaner.

  • Continue to apply some rosin to the bonding pad. We can see that the damaged inductor is really small. And the replacement inductor is difficult to find.

  • We can solder a zero-ohm resistor instead. Get a zero-ohm resistor in the right position. Solder with Hot Air Gun at 330℃, air flow 1. Clean with PCB Cleaner afterwards.

  • Again, let’s run diode mode measurement of Pin 8 on the infrared camera connector. The measured value is 257, which is normal.

Sostituiamolo con un nuovo induttore e vediamo se funziona.

Per prima cosa rimuovi l'adesivo nero attorno. Quindi applica della pasta saldante per medie temperature ai contatti. Applica della saldatura ai contatti con la pasta usando un saldatore a 365° C. Una volta fatto, pulisci il tutto con del pulitore per schede elettroniche.

Continua applicando della colofonia ai contatti. Possiamo vedere che l'induttore danneggiato è molto piccolo. Inoltre l'induttore di ricambio è difficile da trovare.

Possiamo saldare invece una resistenza da 0 Ohm. Posiziona correttamente la resistenza. Saldala con una pistola termica a 330° C, con velocità dell'aria su 1. Infine pulisci il tutto con del pulitore per schede elettroniche.

Rimisura il contatto 8 sul connettore della fotocamera ad infrarossi con il tester. La misura è 257, che è corretta.
