Pry up the battery

  • Do not proceed with this step until the battery is lifted enough to easily insert an opening pick underneath the battery. If the battery is still firmly glued into place, you risk piercing the battery with your pick and causing a dangerous thermal event.

  • Once the battery lifts, don't apply isopropyl alcohol, or it may seep into the fingerprint sensor and damage your screen.

  • Insert an opening pick underneath the bottom edge of the battery and twist to loosen the battery adhesive.

Wrik de batterij omhoog

Let op: ga niet verder met deze stap als je de batterij niet voldoende omhoog hebt weten te krijgen om een openingsplectrum met gemak onder de batterij te steken. Als de batterij nog steeds stevig vastgelijmd zit, riskeer je dat je de batterij met je plectrum doorboort en een ongeluk veroorzaakt.

Steek een openingsplectrum onder de onderkant van de batterij en kantel deze om de batterij los te krijgen van de kleefstrips.

Snijd alle lijm die je tegenkomt door met je plectrum.
