Pry up the battery

  • Do not proceed with this step until the battery is lifted enough to easily insert an opening pick underneath the battery. If the battery is still firmly glued into place, you risk piercing the battery with your pick and causing a dangerous thermal event.

  • Once the battery lifts, don't apply isopropyl alcohol, or it may seep into the fingerprint sensor and damage your screen.

  • Insert an opening pick underneath the bottom edge of the battery and twist to loosen the battery adhesive.

Faire levier sur la batterie

Procédez à cette étape seulement quand vous avez suffisamment soulevé la batterie pour insérer un médiator en dessous. Si la batterie est encore fermement collée, vous risquez de la perforer avec le médiator et de causer un accident thermique dangereux.

Une fois la batterie soulevée, n'appliquez pas d'alcool isopropylique, car il pourrait s'infiltrer dans le lecteur d'empreintes digitales et endommager votre écran.

Insérez un médiator sous le bord inférieur de la batterie et tournez-le pour faire céder l'adhésif.
