  • Secure a suction handle to the bottom of the rear glass, as close to the edge as possible.

  • If the phone's rear glass is cracked, the suction handle may not stick. Try lifting it with strong tape, or superglue the suction handle in place and allow it to cure so you can proceed.

  • Lift the rear glass with the suction handle to create a small gap between the glass and the frame.

  • Insert an opening pick into the gap.

  • If you have trouble, apply more heat to further soften the adhesive. Follow the iOpener instructions to avoid overheating.

  • Slide the opening pick to the bottom right corner.

Druk een zuignap op de onderkant van de glazen achterkant, zo dicht mogelijk bij de rand van de telefoon.

Als de glazen achterkant van je telefoon gebarsten is, kan de zuignap zich waarschijnlijk niet vastzuigen. Probeer het in dat geval op te tillen met een stuk sterke tape of lijm je zuignap vast met wat secondelijm en probeer het dan omhoog te trekken.

Til de glazen achterkant omhoog met je zuignap om zo een kleine opening tussen het glas en het frame van de telefoon te creëren.

Steek een openingsplectrum in de opening.

Als je moeite hebt met het creëren van een opening kun je meer warmte gebruiken om de lijm verder te verzwakken. Volg de instructies van de iOpener om te voorkomen dat je de telefoon oververhit.

Schuif je openingsplectrum naar de rechter onderhoek.
