Remove the trackpad assembly screws

  • Use a T5 Torx driver to remove the 13 screws securing the trackpad assembly:

  • Nine 5.8 mm screws

  • Four 4.9 mm screws

  • These screws all look similar—be careful not to mix them up.

  • Adding a little blue threadlocker to the screw threads during reassembly can help prevent the screws from working themselves loose over time.

  • Install the screws loosely at first, and then check the trackpad alignment before tightening them down.

Rimuovi le viti del gruppo del trackpad

Usa un cacciavite Torx T5 per rimuovere le 13 viti che fissano il gruppo del trackpad:

Nove viti da 5,8 mm

Quattro viti da 4,9 mm

Queste viti si somigliano molto: stai attento a non scambiarle una con l'altra.

In fase di rimontaggio, aggiungere un po' di frenafiletti blu alle filettature delle viti può prevenire l'allentamento delle viti stesse con il tempo.

Nel rimontaggio, all'inizio avvita senza forzare, quindi controlla l'allineamento del trackpad prima di serrare bene le viti.
