  • Open iTunes. Connect your iPod Classic to computer and click continue. When you see the recovery message, click OK.

  • Apple split up the functionality of iTunes on Mac beginning with macOS Catalina. If you are running macOS Catalina or later, you will use Finder instead.

  • Click on "Restore iPod" and wait until it finishes the restore process.

iTunesを起動します。iPod Classicをコンピュータに接続し、「続ける」をクリックします。リカバリーメッセージが表示されたら、「OK」をクリックします。

AppleはmacOS Catalina以降、MacのiTunesの機能を分割しました。macOS Catalina以降をお使いの場合は、代わりにFinderを使ってください。

「iPodを回復する」をクリックし、復元処理が終了するまで待ちます。
