Recover the device

  • For macOS Catalina and Later: Open Finder. In the sidebar, you will see your device. When you click on it, a pop up will appear prompting for Update or Restore.   • For macOS Mojave and Prior or Windows: Open iTunes. In the top left corner will be an icon for the iPhone. When you click it, a popup will appear prompting to Update or Restore. Update to reinstall the OS without erasing data. If the update option fails or you are locked out of your device, restore will reinstall the OS and erase all data.

Recupera el dispositivo

Para macOS Catalina y Actuales: Abre Finder. En la barra lateral, verás tu dispositivo. Cuando le des click, aparecerá una ventana emergente exponiendo Actualizar o Restaurar. Actualizar reinstalará el OS sin borrar los datos. Si la opción de actualización falla o tu dispositivo esta bloqueado, restaurar reinstalará el OS y borrará los datos.

Para macOS Mojave y Prior o Windows:Abre iTunes. En la esquina izquierda estará un icono para el iPhone.Cuando le des click,un emergente aparecerá exponiendo Actualizar o Restaurar. Actualiza para reinstalar el OS sin borrar datos. Si la opción actualizar falla o estás bloqueado en tu dispositivo, restaurar reinstalará el OS y borrará todo.
