Plug in and let the soldering iron heat up.

Use caution when using a soldering iron, the tip will be very hot.

Flip the main board and spot the solderings of the battery terminals.

Desolder the terminals of the previous battery. Use a desoldering pump if too tedious.

Melt the solder and softly push the terminals of the new button battery into the holes of the circuit board.
