Cooling Fan Cable

  • Remove the top shell, flip it over, and place next to lower shell

  • The two halves are connected together via the cooling fan wire. BE GENTLE when separating them

  • In typical Microsoft fashion, they've made it complicated to remove the fan wire. Not only is it wedged between two transistors it's also adhered with an epoxy like substance.

  • Using a craft knife, carefully cut through the epoxy to get the cable free. Work slowly and carefully. The thick substance and awkward angles make this a slightly tedious process

  • Be VERY CAREFUL. You can easily cut the cable here accidentally. If you cut your red/black wires you'll have to patch them. "Slow is smooth, smooth is fast"

Cavo della ventola di raffreddamento

Rimuovi il coperchio superiore, capovolgilo, e posizionalo accanto al coperchio inferiore.

Le due metà sono collegate tramite il cavo della ventola di raffreddamento. Agisci con delicatezza quando separi i coperchi.

In tipico stile Microsoft, hanno reso complicata la rimozione del cavo della ventola. Non solo è bloccato tra due transistor, ma è anche incollato con una sostanza simile alla resina epossidica.

Usando un coltellino, taglia con attenzione la resina epossidica per liberare il cavo. Lavora lentamente e con cura. La sostanza spessa e gli angoli scomodi rendono questo un processo leggermente tedioso.

Fai MOLTA ATTENZIONE. Puoi tagliare accidentalmente il cavo con facilità. Se tagli i cavi rosso o nero dovrai ripararli. "Chi va piano, va sano e va lontano".
