Remove the four screws with a Phillips #00 screwdriver.
Lift and remove the heat sink.
Remember to clean and reapply the thermal paste during reinstallation to retain proper heat transfer from the CPU. Check out this Thermal Paste Application guide if you are unfamiliar with the process.
