  • Carefully separate the two components.

  • The old thermal paste may add a viscous resistance to the removal of the cooling system, but still make sure you have removed all of the screws in the previous steps.

  • Clean off the old thermal paste using a cloth, of some sort, dipped in isopropyl alcohol.

  • Make sure all of the old thermal paste is removed before proceeding to the next step.

  • On reassembly, you should only need a small dab of thermal paste in the center of each marked region as it should spread out when you place the component back on.

  • Be extra careful as to not get any thermal paste on any circuits.

Ora separate le due parti con delicatezza.

La vecchia pasta termica potrebbe aggiungere resistenza alla rimozione del circuito di raffreddamento, in ogni caso controllate di aver tolto tutte le viti indicate nel passaggio precedente.

Rimuovete la vecchia pasta termica utilizzando uno straccetto imbevuto di alcol isopropilico.

Prima di procedere assicuratevi di aver pulito bene tutta la vecchia pasta termica.

Quando applicate la nuova pasta termica, tenete a mente che ne basta una piccola quantità al centro del processore e che verrà spalmata quando rimonterete il circuito di raffreddamento.

Fate molta attenzione a non sporcare i circuiti con la pasta termica!
