Reassembly

  • To reassemble the MiPosaur, place the two halves of the gearbox together, and secure it with the screws. Place the gearbox back in the leg and secure the wire with the wire holder. Attach the screw and route the wire through the leg in order to reattach the halves. Resecure the leg with the screws.

  • Reattach the leg to the body and secure it with the screws, routing the wires through the body. Reconnect the connector to its socket and secure the motherboard and on/off board down in place with their corresponding screws. Close the two halves of the body and secure with the screws. Place the blue tabs back on the MiPosaur.

  • Place the battery compartment into the MiPosaur and secure with the attached screws. Now, turn on the MiPosaur and test if the MiPosaur will function correctly. If not, you can compare by doing this guide with the other leg. If you notice that the malfunctional leg is missing pieces or has damaged ones, you can replace these pieces.

  • In addition, you could purchase a new gearbox and this should get it working correctly again after doing the reassembly using a new gearbox.

Reensamblaje

Para volver a montar el MiPosaur, coloca las dos mitades de la caja de cambios juntas y asegúrala con los tornillos. Coloca la caja de cambios nuevamente en la pata y asegura el cable con el soporte para cables. Coloca el tornillo y pasa el cable a través de la pata para volver a colocar las mitades. Vuelve a asegurar la pata con los tornillos.

Vuelve a colocar la pata al cuerpo y asegúrala con los tornillos, pasando los cables a través del cuerpo. Vuelve a conectar el conector a su zócalo y asegura la placa base y la placa de encendido/apagado en su lugar con sus tornillos correspondientes. Cierra las dos mitades del cuerpo y asegúralo con los tornillos.

Vuelve a colocar las pestañas azules en el MiPosaur.

Coloca el compartimiento de la batería en el MiPosaur y asegúralo con los tornillos adjuntos. Ahora, enciende el MiPosaur y prueba si MiPosaur funciona correctamente. Si no, puedes comparar haciendo esta guía con la otra pierna. Si notas que a la pata que funciona mal le faltan piezas o tiene alguna dañada, puedes reemplazar estas piezas.

Además, puedes comprar una caja de cambios nueva y esto debería hacer que vuelva a funcionar correctamente después de volver a ensamblarla con una caja de cambios nueva.
