Malfunction

  • The iPhone X shows an alert that says it is ‘unable to activate Face ID on this iPhone’.

  • When trying to setup Face ID on the iPhone X, we get the message 'Face ID is Not Available, try setting up Face ID later'.

  • Also, according to the feedback from our client, Face ID on the phone is available after being dropped. However, Face ID is not available after replacing of the display assembly.

  • Unavailable Face ID might be caused by improper operation when replacing the display assembly.

Problema

L'iPhone X mostra il messaggio "impossibile attivare Face ID su questo iPhone".

Quando proviamo ad attivare il Face ID sull'iPhone X appare il messaggio "Face ID non disponibile, provare a configurare Face ID in un secondo momento".

Inoltre, in base al feedback del nostro cliente, il Face ID funzionava con lo schermo danneggiato. Mentre non andava dopo aver sostituito il modulo del display.

L'indisponibilità del Face ID può essere causata da un processo non corretto di sostituzione del gruppo schermo.
