Observe The Dot Projector

  • At the Portrait Mode, there is no flashing red light from the Dot Projector.

  • We can confirm now that the Dot Projector has malfunctioned.

  • This is the fault and the problem cannot be fixed.

  • The three parts ( infrared camera, flood illuminator and dot projector) are paired to the phone. Damage of any one of them can cause Face ID failure and such an issue is irreparable.

Osserva il Dot Projector

In modalità ritratto, non c'è una luce rossa lampeggiante dal Dot Projector.

Ora possiamo confermare che c'è un malfunzionamento del proiettore di dot.

Questo è il tipo di guasto e il problema non può essere risolto.

I tre componenti (fotocamera a infrarossi, illuminatore flood e proiettore di punti) sono installati sul telefono. Il danneggiamento di uno di questi può causare il malfunzionamento del Face ID, rendendo il guasto irreparabile.
