De-tension the fan belt

Slide the motor along its mounting slots toward the back of the sander until the fan belt is detensioned.
During reassembly, slide the motor back to its original position before tightening the four motor mount nuts. Check that both belts are properly tracked and tensioned before securing the belt guard back into place.
