  • For this step, paint a layer of 8333 glue remover on the OCA glue and wait for 30s.

  • Once finished the glue removing, it’s time to clean the screen with white oil. Here are also two tips we would like to mention. That is, be more careful of the touch’s golden circuit at the edge of the screen during the cleaning and slide the dustless cloth gently.

  • It’s because if too much force is applied, the touch cable would break and the touch is unworkable.

  • The other one is while cleaning the flex cables area, the action should be gentle and the white oil can’t be added too much.

Retrait de la colle

Pour cette étape, appliquez une couche de dissolvant 8333 sur la colle OCA et attendez 30s.

Ensuite, il faut le retirer d'une seule main. Attention à la force appliquée. Ceci afin d'éviter d'endommager l'écran OLED.

Une fois la colle retirée, il est temps de nettoyer l'écran avec de l'huile blanche. Il y a également deux conseils que nous aimerions mentionner. Faites attention au circuit doré de l'écran tactile sur le bord de l'écran pendant le nettoyage et faites glisser délicatement le chiffon.

En effet, si une force trop importante est appliquée, lanappe du tactile se déchire et le tactile est inutilisable.

D'autre part, lors du nettoyage de la zone des nappes, l'action doit être douce et l'huile blanche ne doit pas être ajoutée en trop grande quantité.
