Create an opening gap

  • Apply a suction cup to the heated side of the screen, as close to the edge as possible.

  • If your display is badly cracked, covering it with a layer of clear packing tape may allow the suction cup to adhere. Alternatively, very strong tape may be used instead of the suction cup. If all else fails, you can superglue the suction cup to the broken screen.

  • Pull on the suction cup with steady force to create a gap between the screen and frame.

  • Depending on the age of the phone, this may be very difficult to do. If you are having trouble, apply more heat and try again.

  • Insert the point of an opening pick into the gap.

Eine Lücke schaffen

Setze einen Saugheber auf die erwärmte Seite des Displays, und zwar so nahe an der Kante wie möglich.

Wenn dein Display sehr gesplittert ist, dann beklebe es mit Paketband, damit der Saugheber hält. Sonst kannst du auch starkes Klebeband statt eines Saughebers benutzen. Wenn alles fehlschlägt, kannst du den Saugheber auch mit Sekundenkleber am gebrochenen Display festkleben.

Ziehe gleichmäßig am Saugheber, um einen Spalt zwischen Rahmen und Display zu schaffen.

Je nach Alter deines Smartphones kann dies sehr schwer sein. Wenn du Schwierigkeiten hast, erwärme das Smartphone erneut und versuche es nochmal.

Setze die Spitze eines Plektrum in die Lücke.
