With a swab or q-tip, apply alcohol to the sides of the broken screen to soften the adhesive that holds the screen on the phone.
You may find that the alcohol is not strong enough to fully loosen the adhesive on the phone. To remedy this, you can apply heat to the edges of the phone with either a hairdryer or iOpener.
