Opening up the earbud

  • Place the bud horizontally into a rubber-guarded vice or a pair of blunt pliers.

  • Apply steady, even pressure to either side of the bud along the main housing seam (the seam between the two arrows). The pressure should break the seal.

  • Only apply enough pressure to create a small gap between the two halves of the bud. If you use pliers, put a cloth between the pliers and the buds to prevent the teeth from digging into the soft plastic.

Apertura dell'auricolare

Disponi orizzontalmente il bud in una morsa con le ganasce gommate o in una pinza piatta.

Applica una pressione costante uniforme su ciascun lato dell'auricolare lungo la giunzione principale dell'involucro (la giunzione tra le due frecce). La pressione dovrebbe bastare ad avviare il distacco tra le parti.

Applica solo la pressione sufficiente a creare una piccola fessura tra le due metà del dispositivo. Se usi delle pinze, disponi un panno tra i becchi e l'auricolare per evitare che i denti metallici possano intaccare la plastica morbida.
