  • Insert a third opening pick at the bottom left corner of the phone.

  • To cut the adhesive at the long edges of the Xiaomi Mi 8 only use the tip of an opening pick (about 2 mm). Don't try to insert the opening pick deeper to avoid separating the AMOLED from the display glass.

  • Slide the tip of the opening pick to the top left corner to cut the adhesive. Leave it there to prevent the adhesive from resealing.

Steek een derde openingsplectrum in de linker onderhoek van de telefoon.

Om de lijm aan de lange zijden van de telefoon door te snijden, gebruik je enkel de punt van je plectrum (ongeveer 2 mm). Probeer je plectrum niet dieper in het toestel te steken, aangezien je daarmee riskeert het AMOLED van het glazen scherm te scheiden.

Schuif de punt van je plectrum naar de linker bovenhoek om de lijm door te snijden. Laat je plectrum vervolgens zitten om te voorkomen dat de lijm zich opnieuw gaat hechten.
