  • If the device still does not connect with the your LifePrint 2x3, try removing the Bluetooth profile of your LifePrint 2x3, this can solve the Bluetooth connection problem.

  • Go to Settings then Bluetooth and then press and hold the name of your LifePrint 2x3 and click "Forget This Device".

  • If you cannot unpair your LifePrint 2x3 this way, check your phone’s User Guide for any additional procedures to remove existing profiles.
