  • If the device still does not connect with the your LifePrint 2x3, try removing the Bluetooth profile of your LifePrint 2x3, this can solve the Bluetooth connection problem.

  • Go to Settings then Bluetooth and then press and hold the name of your LifePrint 2x3 and click "Forget This Device".

  • If you cannot unpair your LifePrint 2x3 this way, check your phone’s User Guide for any additional procedures to remove existing profiles.

Si l'appareil ne se connecte toujours pas à votre LifePrint 2x3, essayez de supprimer le profil Bluetooth de votre LifePrint 2x3, cela peut résoudre le problème de connexion Bluetooth.

Allez dans Paramètres puis Bluetooth puis appuyez longuement sur le nom de votre LifePrint 2x3 et cliquez sur « Oublier cet appareil ».
