Using a TR 20 Torx security screwdriver, remove the single 3mm screw in the center of the bearing cap assembly.
Make sure to use pliers or another tool to prevent the fan from spinning, and use a torque wrench or torque screwdriver as the screw is secured with Loctite (a compound to prevent it from loosening).
