Starting at a corner, pry up the screen with a plastic pry tool.
Continue around the screen until the screen has completely separated from the top cover.
Don't insert the tool more than necessary along the top of the screen, or you may damage a small circuit board located in that area.
Don't lift the screen away from the computer yet. There are still cables connected!
It is normal to hear some loud pops and clicks at this step.
