  • Flip the main board over.

  • Lift (or pry with fingers) the heat sink straight off of the mainboard and processors.

  • Force will be required as the thermal paste "glues" the heat sink to the processor.

  • Note: If new thermal paste is readily available, clean the old paste off well and apply new thermal paste at the time of reassembly. If new thermal paste is not available or you are cheap, do not disturb the "old" thermal paste.

Dale la vuelta a la placa base.

Levanta (o haz palanca con los dedos) el disipador para quitarlo de la placa base y de los procesadores.

Vas a necesitar hacer un poco de fuerza ya que la pasta térmica se queda un poco pegada al disipador y a los procrsadores.

Nota: Si tienes lista la nueva pasta térmica, limpia la pasta vieja bien y aplica la nueva cuando vuelvas a lontar todo. En caso de que no vayas a cambiarla no toques la pasta vieja.
