Check the safety switch wiring and connector

  • Use a small clamp to push down the safety switch that detects that the top cover has been removed. The mower will not run if this switch isn't pushed.

  • Extend the mower handle to the operating position. The mower will not run if handle isn't extended. There's a micro switch in the handle latch assembly, on the side with the cable.

  • Connect the battery box. Be sure to put the correct wires on each of the 3 terminals.

  • Insert the battery. Push down hard until it clicks.

  • Start the mower with the handle switch.

  • Locate the 3-wire cable and connector on the logic board that connects to the safety switch in the handle. (See the video) Wiggle this cable to see if the motor starts or stops.

Controlla i cavi e il connettore dell'interruttore di sicurezza

Usa un morsetto per spingere verso il basso l'interruttore di sicurezza che rileva che la copertura superiore è stata rimossa. Il tagliaerba non si accenderà se questo interruttore non è premuto.

Estendi il manico del tagliaerba nella posizione di funzionamento. Il tagliaerba non funzionerà se il manico non è esteso. C'è un microinterruttore nel gruppo del manico , sul lato con il cavo.

Collega la batteria. Assicurati di collegare i cavi corretti su ognuno dei 3 terminali.

Inserisci la batteria. Spingila con forza finché non scatta in posizione.

Avvia il tagliaerba con l'interruttore del manico.

Trova i 3 cavi e connettori sulla scheda logica che si collegano all'interruttore di sicurezza nel manico. (Guarda il video) Muovi questo cavo per vedere se il motore si accende o si spegne.
