Use a spudger to pry off the cell battery near where the gold headed wire was.
The use of a screwdriver as a prying tool as shown in the photos is dangerous, especially in conjunction with the battery that is being pried. Choose an ESD-safe tool instead.
Move the cell battery off to the side so it is out of the way.
This removal has to be done in the small pocket near where the wire wraps around the bottom side of the battery.
