  • Take note of the two seams on the phone:

  • Screen seam: This seam separates the screen from the rest of the phone. This is where you should pry.

  • Frame seam: This is where the plastic frame meets the back cover. It is held in place by screws. Do not pry at this seam.

  • Before you begin prying, note the following areas on the screen:

  • Screen flex cable: Do not pry deeper than instructed, or you risk damaging this cable.

  • Adhesive perimeter: Prying beyond the narrow perimeter without angling the pick will damage the display panel.

Faites bien la différence entre les deux jointures du téléphone :

La jointure de l'écran sépare l'écran du reste du téléphone. C'est ici que vous devrez faire levier.

La jointure du châssis, entre le châssis en plastique et la coque arrière, est vissée. Ne faites pas levier ici.

Avant de commencer à faire levier, prenez note des zones suivantes de l'écran :

La nappe de l'écran : n'introduisez pas votre outil au-delà, car vous risqueriez d'endommager la nappe.

Le filet d'adhésif : si vous faites levier plus loin sans incliner votre médiator, vous endommagerez l'écran.
