  • If the connector board is still connected to the CD-ROM unit:

  • Remove the connector board using two fingers on either side of the board and prying it up.

  • When assembling, place the connector board on the logic board inside the housing. Push it down until the connector pins are visible at the surface of the connector board.

  • When assembling, make sure the two logic boards (one in the housing and one on the CD-ROM unit) are pushed into the connector board all the way.
