Disassembling Audi Navigation Plus unit: crwdns2935265:00crwdnd2935265:02crwdnd2935265:02crwdne2935265:0

Remove the three 6 mm T9 Torx screws securing the cover plate.
Slightly loosen the rubber knob since it pushes down on the cover plate.
Slide the cover plate about 1 or 2 mm upwards and remove it from the unit.
