Loosen the four silver 5mm screws using the Phillips #00 Screwdriver.
These four screws do not come out completely. Instead they remain in the holes connected to the fan's black wire tubes.
HP placed Threadlocker Blue Sealant around the screws to keep them from loosening, so be careful to not strip the screws. To avoid this, apply constant downward pressure on the screws during this step.
