  • Flip the assembly over and use a 1/8-inch hex key to loosen the set screw securing the blower fan to the motor's driveshaft.

  • More than likely, the fan and set screw will be rusted and seized to the driveshaft. A few sprays of penetrating oil will help loosen it up.
