  • Applying adhesive remover or high concentration (over 90%) isopropyl alcohol to the battery will make the battery removal significantly easier.

  • If you are using adhesive remover, follow these preparation steps first.

  • Apply a 1-2 drops of adhesive remover or isopropyl alcohol in each battery corner.

  • Be careful not to apply more than a few drops of liquid at a time, as liquid can seep into the frame cutout (under the battery) and damage the exposed display.

  • Wait for a minute to allow the liquid to weaken the adhesive.

  • Alternatively, heat an iOpener and apply it to the right side of the front of the phone for two minutes or until the battery is warm to the touch (from the transferred heat).

  • Do not heat the battery directly. Only heat the front side of the display, underneath which the battery resides, to avoid overheating the battery and risking a fire.

L'usage de dissolvant pour adhésif ou d'alcool isopropylique à haute concentration (de plus de 90 %) peut simplifier énormément le retrait de la batterie.

Si vous utilisez le dissolvant, suivez d'abord ces instructions.

Posez 1-2 gouttes de dissolvant ou d'alcool isopropylique dans chaque coin de la batterie.

Prenez soin de n'appliquer que quelques gouttes à la fois, car le liquide peut s'insinuer à travers les fentes du châssis (sous la batterie) et endommager l'écran exposé.

Attendez une minute que le liquide agisse sur l'adhésif.

Ou bien chauffez un iOpener et posez-le sur le côté droit de l'écran du téléphone pendant deux minutes ou jusqu'à ce que le téléphone soit chaud au toucher.

Ne chauffez pas la batterie directement. Ne chauffez que le devant de l'écran, sous lequel on trouve la batterie, pour éviter de la faire surchauffer et de déclencher un incendie.
