Retirer U3101

  • Retirer la puce proprement, à l'air chaud. Sur ma station Quick 861DE, j'utilise comme réglages 400°:C et 100L/min. A vous de décider quels réglages vous préférez, vous pouvez retrouver la Quick 861DW sur la boutique.

  • Nettoyer les pistes avec un fer à souder, de l'étain et du flux. J'utilise une pointe d'environ 1mm de diamètre avec ma JBC Nase 2C, à 360°C.

  • Nettoyer la carte.

  • Inspecter la carte au microscope. On peut voir sur la photo ci-dessous qu'il manque une piste !

Remove U3101

Remove the chip cleanly, with hot air. On my Quick 861DE rework station, I use the settings 400 °C and 100L/min. For you to decide which settings you prefer, you can find the Quick 861DW on the shop.

Clean the tracks with a soldering iron, tin and flux. I use a tip about 1mm in diameter with my JBC Nase 2C, at 360 ° C.

Clean the map.

Inspect the card under the microscope. We can see on the picture that a track is missing!
