  • Remove the earpiece module.

  • During reinstallation, be sure that the earpiece module is properly oriented such that the gold contacts face downwards.

  • If you are transferring the earpiece module to a replacement frame, be sure to peel and remove the white adhesive liner before pressing the earpiece module into place.
