  • Remove any trace of the old adhesive from the Pixel's case.

  • If you're reinstalling your existing display, be sure to remove any remaining adhesive from the back of your display as well.

  • Take special care to remove any small glass fragments.

  • After removing all traces of glue and glass, clean the adhesion areas with high concentration isopropyl alcohol (at least 90%). This will ensure a better seal for the display.

  • If your new display doesn't come with speaker grilles or a front-facing camera gasket, make sure to install those before applying display adhesive.

Entferne alle Kleberreste vom Gehäuse des Pixel XL 2.

Wenn du dein bisheriges Display wieder einbauen willst, dann musst du auch alle Kleberreste von der Rückseite des Displays entfernen.

Achte besonders darauf, dass keine kleinen Glassplitter mehr vorhanden sind.

Wenn du alle Klebereste und Glassplitter entfernt hast, dann reinige die Klebeflächen mit hochkonzentriertem Ispropylalkohol (mindestens 90% ig). Dadurch haftet das Display besser.

Wenn dein neues Display nicht mit Lautsprechergittern oder einer Dichtung für die Frontkamera ausgestattet ist, dann musst du diese vor dem Anbringen des Displayklebestreifens erst vom alten auf das neue Display übertragen.
