Open the drive

  • If you are taking the enclosure apart for the bare drive, less caution is needed.

  • After removing the 4 bottom screws, remove the top cover. Remove the spring and locking tab before removing the drive cage.

  • Remove the drive cage from the drive enclosure. If the drive has never been opened, additonal force may be required.

Das Gehäuse öffnen

Wenn nur die Festplatte wichtig für dich ist, dann musst du nicht so sehr aufpassen.

Nachdem du die 4 Schrauben auf der Unterseite entfernt hast, entferne die Oberseite. Entferne auch die Feder und die Sperrtaste, bevor du den Festplattenkäfig entfernst.

Nimm den Festplattenkäfig aus dem Gehäuse. Sollte das Gehäuse noch nie zuvor geöffnet worden sein, kann es sein, dass du ein wenig mehr Kraft aufwenden musst.
