Modify the generic thermostats

  • The connectors on these generic thermostats need 2 modifications to work with the Saeco Poemia:

  • Cut/file the terminal width by about 1mm. I used a small file.

  • Bend the terminals at a right-angle to match the originals.

  • The mounting tabs are different than the original, but they work just fine under the spring clip.

Modificar los termostatos genéricos

Los conectores de estos termostatos genéricos necesitan 2 modificaciones para funcionar con el Saeco Poemia:

Corta/lima el ancho del terminal en aproximadamente 1 mm. Yo usé una lima pequeña.

Dobla los terminales en ángulo recto para que coincidan con los originales.

Las pestañas de montaje son diferentes a las originales, pero funcionan perfectamente debajo del clip de resorte.
